Equipped to Go, Called to Love

In the heart of northern Argentina, Misión Zera Metán is passionately committed to equipping and training the next generation of missionaries of Jesus Christ.

“Zera” is a Hebrew word meaning seed. Our deep desire is that God would plant in every student a seed of missionary calling that will bear abundant fruit for His glory, both in Argentina and among the nations.

The Zera Metán School of Missions seeks to faithfully respond to the Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19–20 and to the principle of passing faith on to the next generation, as expressed in Psalm 22:31:

“Posterity will serve Him; future generations will be told about the Lord.”

The school is located in Metán, in the province of Salta. It is not an independent church, but a specialized center for equipping and training young people who have received a clear missionary calling.

The primary focus is on mobilizing missions in northern Argentina. The goal is to equip and train local young people so that they can become agents of transformation in their own communities and in areas of the region where the need is greatest.

Through an intensive training program and practical mission trips, the school seeks to plant a strong missionary vision that will make a meaningful and lasting impact in northern Argentina.

However, this regional focus does not mean that the school is only intended for young people from the north. The Zera Metán School of Missions is also open to young people from other provinces of Argentina and even from other countries who share the same vision and desire to join this missionary movement.

In this way, a network of committed missionaries is being built, dedicated to the advancement of the Kingdom of God both locally and globally.
