Volunteer work

We enjoy receiving volunteers and are happy when they come! What can you actually expect as a volunteer?

It is possible to work as a volunteer at the Zera Metán Foundation for a short or longer period of time, but it is important that we are looking for people who really want to commit themselves to the foundation and who are available full-time. Of course, there is also room for activities outside of work, but this should not be the main goal.

As a volunteer you participate in life here. We provide accommodation during your stay and transport from the airport. In addition, volunteer work involves both physical/practical work and office work. It is also possible to do work with the children and we are open to new ideas. A nice change! Speaking Spanish is not a requirement, but it is easy, because the main language here is Spanish and not many other languages are spoken among the population. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry. Of course you can also learn this here! We also speak English, Dutch, German and Spanish. There are also regular trips to San Antonio or Salta, for example, where you can join. In addition to helping/working for the foundation, you can also follow discipleship. You will be taught the Biblical principles here, but only if you want to.
