Application Process

The application process consists of several forms and documents, each serving a specific purpose:

Form 1: Student Application Form.
Form 2: Confidential Form for the Pastor or Spiritual Leader.
Document 3: Program Curriculum.
Document 4: Additional Information about the School.

Form 1 – Student Application Form

This form collects the applicant’s personal information, including full name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, nationality, national ID number (DNI), marital status, and, where applicable, information about the applicant’s spouse.

It also requests information about family background, spiritual background (conversion, baptism, and calling to serve), motivation for participating, involvement in the local church, biblical knowledge, expectations regarding the program, relevant health information, and any other pertinent details.

The form must be signed by the student, by the parents in the case of minors or where applicable to the student’s residential situation, and by the student’s pastor.

Form 2 – Confidential Questionnaire for the Pastor or Spiritual Leader

This confidential document asks the pastor or spiritual leader to provide an evaluation of the applicant. It includes areas such as family situation, spiritual life, church involvement, personal growth, gifts, previous training, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, ability to handle pressure, and any relevant physical or emotional considerations.

The form must be dated and signed by the appropriate pastor or spiritual leader.

Selection Procedure

Once all required documentation has been received, the director will carry out a comprehensive review of the application. The evaluation will consider how well the applicant aligns with the school’s vision, values, and objectives, as well as the overall composition of the group.

Admission will only be considered final after formal approval by the director. Until that time, the application will not be considered binding.
